youll need a Harley rotor but you can still use your stock caliper. I have a Harley front rotor for 2000-up wheels also. I throw that in for $10 to cover shipping.

Ok, so we are looking at like $60 for your stuff? So with that, I should be able to make my 21" front dream come to life?

If so, I will definitely be in, but I am still going to need to bid on this wheel, so nothing is set in stone yet.

I am still curious on how hard this will be to do. I can't image it being any harder than anything else I have done to my bike.

Woody - I thought you already had a 21" in the shadow? I just looked at your gallery. Man, I love your bike with it! My bike would look so cool with a 21"! I hate having the front wheel look like it's almost the same size as the rear.

yes your factory shadow brakes will work. but you will need spacers for the wheel.

Ah nice! Good to know. Yeah, there are a TON on eBay. I am actually eyeballing a few other auctions as well. Some even with a brand new rim and new tire that look a lot better. I'm curious, what do you guys think a good price to pay for a 21" wheel and tire would be? Looks like I could be spending around $150-$250.

a 40 spoke 21" wide glide from KC will run you around 150 plus the shipping. add another 100 or so for a metzler 90/90/21 tire, plus you need a rotor. axle plus machine work grand total about 350 & 400 so. but in the end well worth it. unless you get a deal on a wheel & axle set up.

a good deal is 200. if you get one less that would be a real good deal.
