I can't put into words all that riding does for me....but then you must already know what I mean.

I feel freedom
Its an escape
I get a release

Each time I go out I get better, I shift smoother, I don't stall anymore and I am able to enjoy the ride more as things become more natural to me.

I couldn't agree more. I used to ride semi-frequently in high school, but since then 10 years has gone by. Now that I am riding again, I find reasons to go out and just ride. I guess the new feeling like that will wear off, but I really don't want it to.

The only thing about riding I don't like, is that I am in the Air Force and I have to gear up just to go for a ride, let me elaborate. I must wear over the ankle sturdy shoes, long sleeves, pants/jeans, gloves, mandatory helmet, and a reflective vest. After the 14 minutes it takes to suit up, it's not that bad.
