It's a stage 1 kit. the last part of the number is the Cobra part number.
The difference in the kits is mainly the size of the jets that come with them. The other minor difference would be in the needles. Not sure if the springs would have any difference at all.
I'm running factory pro stage 3 jets with the needles from a stage 1 dynojet kit and my bike is fine, so I don't know how much difference the needles would make.
I'm sure Nav will have more information and details though.

Nav is the guy to ask . I also run a Factory Pro stage three kit . It is what Burb recomends for his pipes . Most guys at tsw run them too . I know that the sticker on my jet kit claimed I was not street legal if I used them and it was for closed track raceing . I got a boost in performance , but not that much ! I believe that stage 3 is for open intake and open pipes . They just dump more fuel . If you did the Beans box mod you might want the bigger jets .

Hey Razor!
Everything RJ and Sin said is correct. The 92-1274 is the Cobra number, the 1. was added by ebay I'm guessing. It is a stage 1 kit and is used with aftermarket pipes and the stock air box. You'll want to upgrade to a stage 3 when you use an aftermarket intake or do the bean box mod. Basically the stage 3 is just using larger main jets with the jet kit's needles. You may have to move the clip on the needles farther down, away from the top of the needle. This, in effect shortens the needles, allowing more fuel to flow in the midrange. All this is necessary because you are putting more air into the engine via the freer flowing intake. The stage 1 jets are 102's to 110's, you'll need to run something on the order of 134's to 138's for the stage 3 set-up. I know the Thunder Air intakes need the 130+ jets, I'm not sure if the bean box mod requires as large of a main jet, though. I'd search the site and see what other's have used with this mod, keeping in mind what elevation they're riding at, compared to your elevation.
Once you've got everything together and start to do your rejet, we can figure out what you need to git 'er done!
Later!

Razor,
Did a little searching myself. I found this link that Clint(AirportFF) put up. It states that this guy Bean210 used 124's and 128's with the bean box mod. You can acquire whatever jets you need, individually from Dynojet for $2.00 each. You can find them here:
http://www.dynojet.com/jetkits/jetassortment.php
The link that I referred to is:
http://www.sa750.com/tech/airbox.htm
This would be a good place to start. Not knowing where this guy rides, you may want to obtain some larger sizes of jets just in case. Oh, the jets you want are the DJ style.
I looked at another link that Clint put up and it recommended the 134 and 138 jets for the ACE that they were modding. There again, we don't know the elevation that these guys are riding at, so it's gonna take some trial and error to get it perfect. I'll see what I can get out of reading what they wrote and maybe I can give you a close recommendation. You are in New Mexico, right? What elevation are you riding at? Gotta start somewhere!!

Razor,
Geez, how do you guys breathe up there?! I did some checking and discovered that in their high altitude kits, Dynojet uses the same needles as in their regular kits. They do however, install them at a different setting. The high alt. set-up is one notch richer, but they use 4 number(2 sizes) leaner on the mains. This is for a VFR750, they don't make a high altitude version for the 750 twin. But fuel and air is fuel and air, so I don't think you'll be much different. I'd start with a 130 in the front carb and a 134 in the rear. The clip on the needle is a toss-up, either in the 3rd or 4th groove from the top. If this is too rich, move the clip one groove closer to the top. You may need to lean the mains as well, but I wouldn't think you'd have to go much smaller than the 130's and 134's. Maybe have a 128 and 132 on hand. I have to wonder where the guy who said he was running 124 and 128 mains is riding that bike, he must be a mile and a half up in the air! Or he's running a bit lean.
Of course, this is all assuming that the bean-box mod yields about the same amount of air flow to the engine as the boot-leg or Thunder Air intakes do.
Let us know how it goes!
