Ideas for an allternet greeting?

I have found myself bored with the standard greeting for noobs . I believe that many others may or may not feel the same . This standard greeting started some where else and migrated to this board by overlaping members . Perhaps it might be time to add a bit of our own identity . I don't make policy here so this is an idea thread . For a possible new greeting . I currenty have no good ideas . But I bet you have . So feel free to share them here .

hmmmm, interesting thought. I agree, the greeting could use a bit "freshening up" But like you, I have no ideas either.

Hey yall, since we seem to be "hunting" Noobs, how bout some sort of hunting reference? OR....we could "freak them out" by saying something like, "you belong to me/us now!" Muhahaha :sasmokin:

Menace or another administrator or moderator, hell I don't know who, would have to carry out my idea! Once the noobs click on whatever to register, have a "welcome" page pop up that informs them that their computer has just been hacked or hi-jacked or just taken over by Shadowriders. This page would appear for about 5 seconds or so, during which time, no matter what they do, nothing happens, nothing works. In other words, freak them out. Then with a hearty laugh, congratulate them on passing their initiation and welcome them to the site. Also, include instructions on how to use the search function so Clint doesn't have a cow! Sorry ApFF! I had to do it! hehehe! :grin:
