went to orileys saturday and was looking at their chrome tail pipe tips. so i bought 2 tips that fit up to 2 inche pipe. they also had some with the slashed tip that would work to but i opted for the straights. they are about 8 inches long. my stock mufflers were already gutted but they sounded like shit so i took the shields off and took the sawsall and cut the pipe right in front of the chamber just past the welds. took these tips and fitted them up and welded them to the pipe and bam instant drag pipes. i'll put some pics up as soon as i'm done . i still gotta fab up some supports for the pipes cuz the stock muffs had the supports on them. they sound pretty damn good!! 10$ visa m/c for 2 chrome tips . making my girlfriends dad jump outta his skin when i cracked it open a bit "priceless"!!:jamming:

Thats close to what I did. I dont weld so I had the muffler shop swedge a pipe to fit the inside of the pipe and the outside of the head pipe. Then they welded it up for me.
