It fucking sux, but what can we do. Im glad I live 3 miles from work. Have you noticed how the price of groceries and goods are going up. I think this country we call home is in for a rude awakening. Be it homelessness, bank failuers or maybe a civil uprising. Who knows what the furture holds. Time for a bruski.

WOW I see that the other states now have gas prices close to ours here in the islands.
87 cheapest $3.56 and as high as $3.73
92 cheapest $3.87 and as high as $4.38
These prices are all within 20 miles of each station.
Our prices have notoriously been about $1.50 higher than other states. fucken middle east driving the prices up.
Even a local editor wrote about the damn food prices sky rocketing. Gallon of juice is $7 on sale. gallon of milk is $5.75 on sales, WTF

My plan is to wait until the price of Diesel is so high that people are selling their nice duramax trucks for cheap and get one of those. Then I'll make bio-diesel in my garage or just run it off of veg-oil and drive for free, all the while smelling like Popeye's chicken!

Same here. Greasecar.com has a nice kit for the 7.3's and they have a controller that monitors and automatically switches between oil and diesel for you.

Fuck them A-Rabs and their fuckin oil......I say a bushel of wheat for a barrel of oil and if they don't like that let em eat their oil.....l
one of my customers runs all his trucks and farm equipment on veg oil.
he's got contracts w/ a couple local restaurants to "dispose" of their old oil for em for free. works out for all of em cuz the restaurants don't have to pay to dispose of it and he gets a ton of free fuel!
man, makes me think about selling my car and talkin to the taco bell for a hook up.....

Never really paid attention to the price of gas until Saturday when I put 75 dollars into my F-150. That woke me up. And I drive 24 miles one way to work. Looks like I have a truck for sale...

with crude oil hitting $120 bucks a barrel yesterday and expected to go higher we will see and are seeing alot more motorcycles on the road...........maybe now they will start paying attention to us insted of running over us.

Nah, the self centered ones that are running us over will just get crotch rockets and ride so shitty that traffic swerving to miss them will hit us. That, or they'll get big ass Harleys and ride like they own the road. Either way, I don't think any move those idiots make will help us out. Maybe when a cage almost takes you out we should go to their house and siphon their gas in retrebution.....

Man I hate that Billy Lane fag but I saw a build that he did and one of the "custom" mods was a welded on ring that held a hammer so you can smack the shit outta close call cars and let'em know you're there. That was a better idea than driving drunk over a fellow biker.
Yeah, I hate that guy

I drive damn near 10x that every day.:furious2:
i guess i can't complain much gas on base is still $3.41, and i only put about 2.5 gallons every 165 miles so about every 3 days :pest: , but mileage is about to go down since i'm planing on jetting the bike shouldn't be too bad tho i hope :grin3:

My daily driver is a low 12 sec street tire camaro. On the highway it doesnt do to bad but it has a 3500 stall converter and just sucks fuel around town. So that damn thing is getting sold

I noticed that the crude oil is down to 113.25 this morning and the gas is still 3.58 a gal. for reg.we are getting a royal screwing!!!
MrRngr94
05-02-2008, 02:47 AM
That's how it always goes. Crude oil goes down but we never see it at the pumps.
i think it's because the gas station buys the gas at a certain price and they only adjust it when they buy more gas depending if they pay more or less, :dunno:

My wife was telling me that most gas stations only get a few cents for every gallon. That kinda sucks, but it makes me sympathize with the stations a little more. At least now I know it's not them that's ripping us off.
