What does the caliper bracket look like? I'm curious if it's similar to the one that's for the CBR rim conversion. Most folks just mount a block to the inside of the swingarm that will not allow the caliper mount to rotate forward or backward, but that still allows it to slide front to back to adjust the chain.

The master cylinder is usually mounted forward of the swingarm mount on the main frame rail. Then you will need to make an extension for the pedal linkage.

Pictures would be a great help. There are so many different parts out there without seeing them it's tough to help.

There was a website www.support135.com that had a step by step for a rear disc brake equipped CBR rim swap for the shadow. It doesn't seem to be up and running right now. I'll dig around and see what I can find on my computer for ya.

I bought the caliper off ebay, but still have not received it yey.
the best I can tell it mounts on the rear axle.I have a picture off of this forum of a 750 ace with a 16 inch swap and he had used these parts, also had a brake stop mount made by canfly99 but unable to get clear image of mount. The rear mastercylinder Im using is from a cbr.

Try shooting Canfly a PM and see if he can get a couple pics for ya

Most of the info you need is on that other site. Are you a Delphi member? Go to
http://forums.delphiforums.com/SupportLocal135/start ask around there that's where the other site originated.

Just rip the disc with a program like Alcohol 120% and it will make an ISO image of the disc. Then use WinRAR to compress the ISO image into a RAR file. Just make sure you choose to break the compressed file into parts. Next upload the compressed RAR partfiles to http://www.filefactory.com/ Then come back here and post the links to each partfile that is located on filefactory and everyone can just download it. Even if everything I just said makes no sense, download the programs, RTFM and it will take you no time.

Or just send me a copy of the disc and I'll do it.

Fuck a bunch of mailing CD's. This is 2007 not 1987.

Search around the site for some answers. They're pretty much all there. If ya get stuck. Give a hollar. Theres way too many options to do a writeup. I could write a novel on the multiple ways you can set this up.
