I'm new & need help

Hi, the yellow shadow is my dream bike, but I am uncertain about a couple of things, #1. does anyone actually know what year bike this is, the pic stats that it is a "02" but I dont know who actually "named" the pic so I am uncertain ?? #2. I just love the pipes on this bike as well, does anyone know what brand pipe they are off hand ????
I know there has been modifications to this bike, dont get me wrong, I dont want an "EXACT COPY" of this bike, but sure would like to make one real close to it !!! LOL
The other bike I know is a 1997 VT1100 Shadow for sure & I am thinking seriously of buying it to make my dream bike out of, any help will be greatly & strongly helpfull !!!

Thanks for the info, and FYI, I never knew who the owner was, I came across the pic someplace online, that's why I wasnt sure if it was actually an "02"

Ok old hubby noob mother fucker. First, FUCK OFF. Next, if you want your dream bike, then get that fucking bike. Surely an 02 can be found for a decent price. Don't make that 1100 into an 02 Spirit. It will be too much to replicate when you can buy the fucking bike you want. Even if you find a Spirit that is not the same color you can always paint it.
