I'm working on modifying my 2005 Shadow spirit 750. I have the Billski tail light mod, now looking for a pair of silver bullet lights for the front and rear. I'd like to find tail lights that do both turn signal and brake lights. In the front, just turn lights. Any suggestions on which kind to get without breaking the bank. Also looking for easy installation, I'm not electrical engineer. Hopefully just splicing wires and mounting them, but I don't want to overload. Maybe LED's?? Also, where/how to mount the front lights? I want to keep them off the forks if possible.

Thank you to those educated bike enthusiast that provided helpful information. As for Mr. Sinister, you're right, you are an asshole and maybe if you spent less time in tittie bars and watching cartoons, you might actually get laid! We all know your personality isn't helping. By the way, not a noob, just to this forum and to riding a Honda! Been riding since you were crying when your Mom decided to stop letting you suck on her.:wink_2:

Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't. Then there's a time when you feel like a chicagobikenut. Is it time for a group hug??:gossip:
Here I thought Susan would have jumped in on this thread.....it is asking about the silver bullet.

Mr. Sinister, I can big a bigger a-hole! I found my lights, thanks to drag specialties! Small bullets and no box needed, just weave the wires, a little sod, and shrink tube to protect. God I love the crap you can get at Radio shack!!!

now I am on a quest for some great pipes. I have the billski mod, new bullet lights, front and back, a bunch of other chrome accessories, tear drop mirrors, now I need pipes. Any recommendations? Want loud but not too loud, I have two kids under 4 and if I wake them up from a nap with my pipes my wife would kill me!

Burbs . I had a sound file but my computer caught a virus and had to get burned down . I to have 2 little ones under the age of 3 . I don't gas it to hard when I start it and ride away at idle speed with no problems . I am going to install some baffles . Better performance at slow speeds and on long rides I go a little deaf . :sasmokin:

The hole saw mod may keep you happy and with some money on your pocket.

I agree. Try the holesaw mod first. It'll cost you the price of a holesaw. It might be just the ticket

Do I follow the same wire color scheme when mounting my turnsignals as the Billski mod? I'll be doing the work this Friday, but am not sure which wires I am splicing from the bullet lights to the bike. Black to black is a given. What about the others? How much extra wire should I leave when I cut the wires from the bike?
