I think pretty much anyone bald with some chin hair looks Mexican. I know I was gettin it all the time when I was doing the bald thing, but that coulda been because of the Dickies shirt with the top button buttoned.

I think for him is the fact that he's always hanging out outside Home-Depot and riding in the back of pick up trucks....
