Bad News

I received bad news this morning. My niece's boyfriend was killed in a motorcycle accident. I don't know all the specifics yet so I'll take a ride to Ocala to find out more. He was only 18 & has a baby girl. Little Charlotte will never get to know her daddy. I'm totally blown away! So Patrick this ride I dedicate to your memory...may God be with you on your ride to heaven!:angel:

As far as I know Patrick was wearing his helmet but was traveling at a very high speed.The details of the accident are still sketchy, I'll let the family mourn in peace. As for me, I'd rather take my time & enjoy the ride. Life is to short to be in such a hurry.

Patrick's funeral will be held today...now I have the full story, seems he celebrated his b-day the day b4. He was 24 (sorry, I thought he was 18) he was riding with his buddy, seems a red truck came out of nowhere, they slammed into the truck & he was thrown from the bike & hit a telephone pole, he broke his neck on impact. He died instantly. The friend is in the hospital, he has steel rods in his legs. Funny how God in his infinite wisdom decided to take patrick's life & spare his friend. :thinking2
