Hello all,

I bought a headlight visor off of ebay, when I got it I found that it won't work on my 2005 Aero 750. The headlight rim looks like chrome plated plastic and the visor is chrome plated metal. It would look so cool if I can find a way to attach them together. I need some ideas from you smart guys on how to do this and it look good and not blow off going down the highway.

Help please this would be a great Mod if it can be done.
Thanks

Not sure if you have the instructions, but.

I did mine and had to take the whole light apart.

When you put the visor in the front trim ring, the bulb and top of the bezzle kinda hold it in place.

BUT!

What you have to do is put the visor inside the trim ring, and then from the inside of the trim ring run a small bead of clear silicone to hold the visor.
Let it dry and then install the ring back on.

Unless its some kinda setup I haven't seen yet, but they are all pretty much the same...

JB weld might not be a bad idea, that stuff is wicked strong. You could probably have a buddy or kid hold the visor in place put some weld on it then use a small paint brush or something to spread/smooth it out some. If not duct tape works wonders, they even make that shit in camo, and outdoor themes, I about nutted when I saw confederate flag duct tape the other day.

Do what Jay said.........i.e. take the bezel off the headlight and install.
