The way I see it is at least noobs are welcomed here. Most sites hardly acknowledge new members at the site. If they take being told to fuck off to seriously they probably should find a site that will ignore them.

Ok, I'm opening up Pandora's Box here, but I joined soon after the forum was up and running again and I slipped through the cracks. I never got "The Official" welcome, Shadow weclomed me with a pic of him and Michael Anthony of Van Halen (which was very cool by the way!) As a former lurker, I was aware of the traditional "Fuck Off Noob" welcome and wouldn't have taken any offence to it, and it didn't discourage me to join in one bit.

When the board was restarted we didn't give our standard welcome for a couple reasons.
First, we were not comfortable with the TOS of the new provider.
Second, EVERYBODY was a stinkin' noob. That would have gotten pretty old to fuck off everybody....
The board has been up for a bit now and noobs b noobs now.

Well to answer a question I am a Detention Officer and have been for too long I guess. Our City who I am employed by has a 0 tolerance policy and That is why I don't log on. So if by chance any porn did show up they would have to find out who was on the computer. The computer in our office is accessable by more than one person. So it would be more difficult to find out for sure who was the culprit lol.

that's one of the reasons I log on at work as a 'guest'. If you log on as a guest the porn section is there, but it doesn't show that there are any posts in that area. It says Posts:Never
so at least you can view that way without any worries.
