Hondaline(I think) small windscreen[was on the bike when I bought it]
Kuryakyn pegs all around

hole saw mod took out cat tail resinator, resinator suport plate, punched hole in perferated plate and through baffel platesdsounds much better and doesn't have the big hooloow sound and I didnt have to rejet either. Holes were punched with very sharp pointed 3/8 steel rod. also have memphis shades fats shield and lowers , willy max slant baggs, barbed wire license plat ring and pollished aluminum plate on back of back rest. Still get 45 mpg on 88 octain fuel.

I have to agree about the hole saw mod sound. I did the same thing you did and drilling holes in the plate behind the perferated plate is what makes the difference, about 7 holes in the plate total. Just adjusting the air fuel screws was all I did. For the money spent, I like it.

HHMMMM....still got that @#$%^&* red tricycle !!!

mods, huh.... ok let's see

hole saw pipes

Mustang wide tour seat with conchos and matching backrest

Hondaline windshield

Hondaline luggage rack

leather tank bib matching seat

thats about it. I really like most everything else about the bike the way it is. And after putting over 17,000 miles on it since I bought it a year and a half ago, I must like it ALOT !!!

If anyone is looking for a STOCK set of pipes so they can try this mod without worry, I have a set with about 3000 miles on them.

I'd let them go cheap. They are just sitting here doing nothing.

Ive got an 1100 Sabre. Want to cut the rear fender real short, but body guy is afraid of loss of support. Anyone know if the Spirit 750 fender struts and fender would fit a Sabre?

I wish I had come across this sooner. I just bought a Sabre rear fender and lights to replace the fender on my Spirit. I would have traded you. Oh well. Best of luck with your rear fender mod.

What the hell? I pulled up the 1100 forum and no posts in the last 30 days?!? I had to think of something to revive it!

Riding will be back in a month or two and i'm thinkin of new mods. Cool thing is my bro is back next weekend from MMI in Phoenix and first thing is gonna be a jet kit. Im also thinking about extending the forks and puttin in some new springs, and droppin the rear. Thats a good $500-$600 start to the 2011 riding season right? Anyone with a Spirit 1100 discovered any hp upgrades that dont include ripping the engine apart?
