I was thinking about doing one up to sell since I've got two rims here, what ya thinking on paying?

well since you have some rims, if you could get it relaced and true'd, i would pay 300 for the rim and send you my stock one for making another. does that sound resonable

cruisin,
relacing is not that hard at all trueing and balancing can be done at the dealer just try it yourself number everything and take some photos . you'll be fine man i just relaced my 21" and to have it trued and balanced at a local shop was only $35.00+ 10.00 to remount the tire

well the main issue is that i dont have a jack for my bike and cant keep it off the ground safely long enough to do all that.

I'm planning on lacing and turing myself. Not that hard just very time consuming. Balance needs to be after the tire is mounted.

i was talkin to a motorcycle shop around here, and if i buy the outer rim, and the tire and tube and take it all to him he will do it all for 150.(relace,true,mount on rim, mount on bike) think thats the way im gonna go cause thats pretty cheap from the break downs ive read on here.... also i heard that the 180 will look wider than the 200 on the vtx (same principal about the 200 looking better on a 6" wide rather than the vtx) anyone do this??
