I know nav here loves the dynojet jets. If you get into problems setting it up, the guys over at TSW are a wealth of knowledge as well. But most of them are running the factorypro jets (as I am as well).
I'm sure you'll be able to get it set up with the jets from dynojet. With the factorypro jets, I'm running 135/138 with #42 slow jets. I used the needle from my stage 1 dynojet kit and the clip is on the 3rd notch. Everyone's set up is a little different.
They are great for airflow, but I will speak from experience......they SUCK in the rain (literally!!). I have a cover for mine, but I don't think Widow is making them anymore, it helps, but I need to rejet to run it. Bike runs a little rich when the cover is installed.

You will more then likely have to increase the size, if that's just a stock airbox on there (no beanbox mod?). You are going to have a huge amount of air being driven through it with the bootleg.

I'd love to get hold of a bootleg for Susan's. But they seem like a pain in the ass, rain cover, no rain cover, this jet for this, and that jet for that...aaarrrrgggghhhh
Can it be used with just the holesaw mod???

There should be enough airflow out with the holesaw. I hate riding in the rain anyway! But I did get caught once last summer and it wasn't pleasant. Of course I didn't have my cover with me. I'd rejet for the cover and leave it on, but I really like the look of the bike without the cover on. I have the cover on in the pic on my avatar. With the red filter, it goes well with my paint.

Once it's set up, you'll love the performance gains from it. There is a definite increase in get up and go (I'm sure the jets have a lot to do with it too)
