When you removed the front turn signals, what did you do with the wiring? I assume you just diconnected them. The problem is the LEDs don't draw enough current to make the flasher operate. If you want to leave the front signals off, you'll have to find some other way of placing a sufficient load on the circuit to make the flasher work.

I changed turn signals front and rear. They flash very fast. How do I get them to flash normally?

Measure the resistance of one of the old bulbs and place a resistor of the same value in place of the bulb. I'd also make sure to use one that's at least 5-10 watts or it'll probably melt.

If they're flashing fast it's because they're drawing more current then they did before you changed them. Inside the flasher is a bi-metal spring with contacts on it, when you turn on the signals the current flow through the bulb heats up the spring causing it to flex and open the circuit. When it cools down it returns to its norma position completing the circuit. Anytime you lower resistance, you increase current flow and create more heat. That's why they flash faster.
