I know we talk alot about exhaust on here but, was wondering if anybody has a sound clip or video of what a 750 aero sounds like with the stock exhuast cut right before the 2 into 1 meet. with no baffles. Thanks

i've never found one either, but why would you do that anyways it kills the looks of the bike, that side of the bike looks ugly kinda like a stretchedout crotch rocket too much space between the frame and the tire, and the swingarm is long and skiny, if it had a fatter one maybe it would look ok but i doubt it. (i was thinking about doing it until i saw pictures of one) :thumbsdow

OK, I just finished doing this to my '04 Aero, and it sounds and runs great! Everything described here for the ACE is close to the same with one exception. There are 2 brackets between the rear tubes as opposed to the one on the ACE. After drilling the 2 side holes, I used a handy new air saw from CP to cut the rear plate out. I haven't had to re-jet or adjust my carb yet either, but now I've got my eye on a Hyper-Charger next!
