So, riding to work yesterday, I was in the right lane. Cars are stopped ahead and I am cruising around 30. Suddenly a car turns left in front of me. Luckily, I saw it as soon as it started to move. I quickly swerved o avoid the car. The lady slammed on her brakes and hit my side mount license plate!!!!!! The rear end skidded a little but I was able to recover and come to a stop. No damage was done anywhere else. The plate flew off and I backed up and picked it up.

:furious2:

BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!!! Cagers simply do not watch out for us. If I did not S.C.A.N. , it would have been worse.

Thanks guys..

Yeah, had to take it off the bike and shake it off. :freak:

She actually stopped to see if I was OK. She said I was speeding LMAO... If I was speeding, I would have not been able to avoid her that quickly. It definitely happened very fast. Good thing the Shadow is that nimble.

Forget the sidemount. Watch that new back wheel!

Serious though, Glad it wasn't worse.

Last season I was sittin at a light waitin to make a left. I'm waitin for the Left turn arrow to light up. It turns green, I just start to take off and a car on the other side of the light beeps at me. I jam on the brake look to my right and some bitch blows the red light doin some wheres around 50! If it wasn't for that guy tootin his horn I would never seen it comin. I turned around and parked it. That was enough ridin for me for the day.
