Use Enhanced (WYSIWYG) Editor Toolbar

I just noticed the dafault user option when a user signs up was NOT "Show Enhanced (WYSIWYG) Editor Toolbar" You might want to use the Enhanced editor otherwise it put all the smilies down the side of the page instead of the drop down window. It can be found at the bottom of the users options in your control panel.

I figured some would keep it. They just seem to take up the whole right side of the page.
