I used to live in Kendall, right near the town and country mall. Marsbar used to have $0.05 Killian drafts on Tuesday nights, good thing I lived close!

Florida all my life. Started in Ft Lauderdale but now live in Tampa. Most of my family still lives down in Miami/FT Lauderdale so I make it down there every now and again. Gald to see another Floridian on the board.

Judging by the pic, I think the bike may be a little big for ya. But if you think you can reach the pegs and the handlebars, then I say go for it. :crazy3:
Sounds like a pretty reasonable deal.

Hello... I used to live in Hollywood years ago but decided to move after the rioting broke out in Miami, I'll never forget how close it came to my area. My daughter was 3 back then. My family lives in Ocala & I'm in Jax. I have a 2001 ACE, are those stock pipes? My Shadow had a set of nice cobra pipes when I bought her. Whoever had her b4 me really took good care of her. I 've had her for over a year & she still rides like a dream...although I had to personalized her with a new mustang seat, new grille, hi-way pegs & saddlebags & yes I added fringe grips  .... my sweetie bought me a throttle lock for those long rides! I've tried to post a picture but I can't seem to figure it out. I have b4 & after pic.'s Id like to share.:embarasse

Man, get the bill of sale, put a home made temp tag on it and ride the hell out of it on the way home.

lol.. i actually did this before i read the post.. rented the ramp for 5.00.... just an update for you guys... i'm am the proud owner of a 2002 Honda Shadow (3000 miles) unfortunately though the bike is stuck about 100miles away from me (in west palm beach)... I can't ride it (no tag) and the flat bed i rented was too freaking short to carry it home... So i'm either going to call Uhaul and rent a truck or a trailer...

Man, is everyone either from or going to Fl.

I grew up in West Palm Beach until I moved to Ky for college

Man, get the bill of sale, put a home made temp tag on it and ride the hell out of it on the way home.

I have some friends and family that would ride it home for you and they could care less if it had tags, bill of sale or if you could prove it was yours.:wink_2:

On second thought they would probably just steal it.
