Risers and bars q&a [Archive]

I bought some 1300 vtx risers to use for my z bars. They are to short in the threads! The bushings look to be in 2 pieces, as well as the rubber mounting ring. I would use the stck risers, but they to much wiggle with 9" bars! WTF!? Is there a way to reduce the wiggle? Or get the vtx risers to work? Help please, the weather is about to get real nice!:grin3:

Does anybody have any shorty risers that will work? That they want to sell cheap?

I've got some Spirit 1100 stock risers. They don't have any top clamps though. They're number 8 on this microfiche drawing:

I paid 20 + shipping for them on eBay a month or two ago. 25 through PayPal and you can have 'em.
