Since we haven't changed and still go off topic all the time. I have a couple of questions.

I was gonna post my sigpic from the old site. When I went to post it it said the pic was too large and that 100 x 100 was the max. I resized it down to that and it's not worth posting since it' so small. Can the allowable size be changed?

And in my profile it says I have one referal. What the hell does that mean, am I in trouble already? :rolleyes:

Susan noticed the TOS saying profanity and nudity are no no's. What are the limits here? Don't want to get anyone in trouble.

I think for the TOS that can be a simple edit in the admin section. It's the standard TOS that comes with vbulletin.
The pixel size for the avatars is also located there as well. Same thing with file/picture upload size limits. Keeping the pixel size down for avatars is not all that bad, as I'm sure we'll find out once the limit size is increased. Just have to find a happy medium for everyone.
I'm sure once menace and herozup get a feel for this, you'll see lots of new features. Plus some of the issues you mentioned are easily fixed. It just takes time to learn the admin panel on this style of forum.

I may have some links kicking around for mods on this as well. But you should have access to the "community' so you'll have lots of help there. The help on their forum is excellent.

About referals:
What are referrals?

The administrator may have enabled referrals, which allows you to be credited for any new users you invite to the forum.

You gain referrals by promoting Shadowriders using your unique referral link. The link you should use as your referral link is this:

FF, When you register (just did myself) it asks if you were referred and if so
to name that person. I believe that is where your referal comes from. ED

I see the logo back at the top of the page.. NICE!
Oh, I asked once before, but I think it may have got lost in the shuffle, was the members map part of the old software? Will be have something similar here? It was nice to see where people were at a glance.

If things stay working I will start adding on extras.I have been searching the net and looking at other sites with this software and I really don't see any good member maps out there like we had. I don't think it is going to be a very easy task.
I will keep looking and let you know if I find anything.
