Not as bad in the up north area, we'll probably get 4-5" total by morning here at work, just a few drifts 35 miles north, at home.
But I plow, so snow = $$$$ :grin3:

I have to go there for a small claims hearing. I represent my employer in them.
Last year about this same time, I was in Albany and Poukeepsie for about a week. Wish I was a member then...
The next time I get up that way, I'll look you up...

They had predicted anywhere between 3-12 inches. I'd say we got about 4, mostly slush cuz it was sleet and torrential downpours most of day. The bitch is temp dropped big time. Everything is frozen. Heard the cops on the scanner telling dispatch to get the sanders out. She came back and said the day shift had gone home to get a couple of hours rest. He said get them out now.
Sgt came on and said he contacted them and they'd be out. He asked if there were any specific roads or the usual routes. Car 2 responded "Every square inch of the north end." Car 3 came on and said the same for center.
DPW dopes should have gone home and gotten some rest during the rain knowing everything was going to freeze tonight! :dizzy:
