I've been trying to actually cut back. Some things get a little old after a while. And some of the stupid stuff that's been popping up lately really isn't worth responding to. I'll post a stupid pic or joke once in a while, but starting a thread for the sole purpose of seeing how many posts you can get out of a single sentence just seems kinda foolish. I'm not saying that I'm not guilty of this myself at times, but life's too short and my typing is too slow to be bothered anymore.

I'd say don't let things like reputations and post counts, etc. start effecting how or what you do on a forum. Forums are supposed to be communities and with all communties you are going to get people that aren't quite the same as the rest. You can't please everyone, so fuck the rest.
There seems to be this mind set on "I need to have the most posts" or "I need to improve my rep, or why did I get a bad rep". Screw the status of that shit, it means nothing. Contribute and be able to be happy with what you've done should be good enough.

Thank you, I've given out good reps to quite a few. Yourself included for your post on your hypercharger. Stuff like that will make this site better. We need more posts that reflect those types of mods or any changes people have done on their own. I've given out only one negative, and it's been to no one that has posted in this thread thus far. It was only because I disagreed VERY strongly with was was posted and who posted it.
We need to not let stuff like this bother us, it really isn't important. Clint is correct, if you give information......make sure it's as accurate as it can be. People never check out reputations before they see if someone's information is good.

What does it all mean??? Not much. The idea is for people to see the reputation of someone as helpful or not. I think its just a little added fun. Check out the Sticky on reputations.
