DAMN!!
The Blazers just fired Mo Cheeks!!
They are 11 games under 500 and are looking at a second season in a row of not making the playoffs. They were the NBA's Record holder for most consecutive appearances in the playoffs.
Player manager is now the interem coach.
ARRGGHHH!!
First player problems, now no coach. I think they are playing for a lottery pick!

They should fire the team . Those pampered assholes make portland look bad by proxy . We should change the name to the Felons or Hoodrats . The only thing trailbazing about our team is the way they stay employed and out of jail with all the shit they pull . I wish we had a local majorleage sports team we could be proud of . Cheeks was to good for our team . We should hire prison gaurds to yell at them since Cheeks talking to them like they where people only got him called "Uncle Tom".

I think one of the biggest problems and they get paid WAY too much.
The rich bastards feel that they are so elite that it carries to the floor. They are just too good to have to work. The thing that pisses me off the most about them is after a loss, they tell the cameras, "Well we just didn't try hard tonight, we didn't give it 100%." Fuck that! If I am paying somebody MILLIONS of dollars to do a JOB, they better damn well give 110% EVERY DAMN SECOND!
GRRR!! We have so much talent on the team, they just choose not to use it.
DON'T GET ME STARTED!!

Everyone is dumping their season tickets . The response from bigPaul is fire the coach . I am not much of a sports fan but I do pay attention . Bad call every time . Allways blame the coach . I don't know what happened we just didnt give 100% standard cop out . The coach did not make you fight dogs , smoke weed , fuck teenage girls , rape your nanny , get caught again with more weed , make raceist coments to the press , drive drunk , get into fights , ect , ect . Not only that but to have the overdeveloped sense of entitlement to bitch about your treatment , teammates , and coach while making millions of dollars . FUCK THE NBA .

They had Jack Ramsey on the radio this morning talking abou the Blazers...
He even agreed that it was not a coaching problem and didn't think firing cheeks was the right thing to do. They asked Jack to come back and coach and he just laughed! He said he is way too old for that anymore.
He also agreed that Phil Jackson would not come here because he wont have a free ride on a Jordan/Pippen or Shaq/Bryant team. He would actually have to work at his job to make himself look good!

It is not a fight anyone could win . A company I once worked for had Tony Robbins come to talk to us [ before he was famous ]. That asshole walked up and out of a crowd of people touched me and said " YOU FEAR SUCCESS!!!! " I was shaken naturely . That asshole never explained why he choose me and I have thought about that fucking declaration of truth every fucking day since . I now think he does that every time to some poor sad sack in every town , but I still think about it . I don't think he could make a single cement head on that team listen to anything .

At 19, it would have been wierd. Did it help you make any decisions that guided you toward something better than what you think you would have done otherwise?
If it did, then fucked up or not, I hope it was worth it.
It it amazing what you see and do as a kid that means nothing to you at the time, then you get older, look back and all you can say is, "damn"...
I am going to guess you are in your late 30's early 40's now... I really don't think things start getting clear until then.

Early 30's . I don't think things started to clear up till about 27 . Not as quick to get mad . I don't have a toughguy identity anymore . I don't build walls around me to keep me safe . Perception and introspection are powerfull tools . I lucked out and got them pretty early . The key is to accept responsablity and own your misstakes fearlessly . Knowing that making decisions and taking chances means making mistakes . And most of all not emotionaly investing myself in every little thing I do . Hey maby I should coach the Blazers !

Had to do alot of growing up before my first son was born . I started seeing a shrink to deal with anger issues and took parenting classes along with couples counsiling with my wife so we would not scream and yell all the time . My parents sucked and still suck . I did not want to repeat my childhood on my kids . I think if I were the blazers coach I would insist on a corpral punishment clause in the players contrats . Instead of a slap on the wrists , a public bare assed spanking inbetween quarters . No fines , just public ridicule. Fans could hold them down and take turns slapping bare ass . Behavior problem solved . :bat_angel
