Welll, after some very carful thinking and looking at the service manual for my 1100 i discovered that the fuel pump wasn't my problem but rather a relay that the dealer couldn't find and the tech said that they discontinued the use of the relay on new models to just bypass...so one heat shrink butt connector later. I had the ol girl running again. Put about 100 miles on it and man was the weather ever beautiful for riding this past weekend. Felt good to ride again...bike had been outta commission for about a month or so.
