I want to start by saying that I'm not the most religious person in the world. But my prayers go out to anybody who has friends and family serving overseas. My nephew is in the Air Force reserve and shipped out to Kuwait today. He is supposed to be guarding a prison. His mom is nervous as hell. They say it's only for 6 months, but we'll see.
I don't want this thread turning into some political thing. I just wanted to get this off my chest. Thanks for listening.

Come home safely David!

I was a security guard at a motel in radcliff and some of the guys coming back and going there. I helped comfort nerves when needed.

I feel the pain as one of my old wrestling buddies was home for a short period after taking six bullets. Luckily, I don't know how, none were life threatenig and his thumb was sewn back on. Sadly he has already been sent back over seas; I can' imagine what could be running through his head after already taking six bullets and being sent back for more. My prayers are with all involved in the war over seas and those on standby in our borders. I have to say I am glad I do not yet have a son or daughter to worry about; but never the less I will not forget those who do.
