I just replaced it with the Lindby bars. I used the bolts that came with the MCE bar, though -- I couldn't find my stock ones. I can tell ya that it'll come with the top bolt - the one in the rad support.
The stock bolts should work fine, but if for some reason you can't get them to fit, then Home Depot or Lowe's should have what you'd need.
Sells for $129 shipped from cuisercustomizing new, so I guess I'll take $90 shipped for it.
