Please Help Me Nab Vice Industries

I need someone with an eBay account to contact vice industries about their handlebars.

Just tell them you would like a phone number, to talk to them on the phone, and ask what their hours of operation are, to answer a few questions about ordering a set of bars.

They were very responsive, until they had my money. Now I can't get any response. Odd, their feedback rating is 100%, but I did my transaction outside of eBay, and they fucked me on that one!

I bought my bars from them and and like you said it took awhile to get ahold of them after they got my money. I just kept sending emails and the eventually got back to me. I don't think he checks it often. Their bars are good quality though.

I got mine in about a week. He was actually pretty cool. I gave him a pic of my bike and he used it for some of his auctions on ebay.

I finally got a hold of my rep, that bastard has been putting off going to pick them up after they were fixed! They have been "swamped" fabbing for cruizer performance and for themselves, so they can't take care of the customers who have already paid for their shit!

So, tomorrow he's gonna pick them up and ship them next day.. I guess we'll see in the next few days... I might still fab my own eventually.

They were supposed to overnight Friday, still no bars this Wednesday... I called him again, he can't get a good black finish. So he's overnighting a set of chrome (YUCK) bars today, I'll cut into them with the internal twist setup and send them to my guy to have them powdercoated. THAT FUCKER! Never called, never emailed, he's got all my contact info. He said he didn't want to send them out looking so bad, that's not the way they do things at Vice Industries. But to be 6+ weeks late on delivery is no big deal.... ??????:pissed:

NOPE! What a bastard. I won't order another set from him... I am sure the quality will be just fine, but the customer service is absolutely horrible! I hope his business fails because of his customer service. It is one thing to have a problem, let the customer know what happened and why it's late, it's another to make him hunt you down and twist your nuts for answers!

I used Paypal, the transaction went through actually only 5 weeks ago. I'm gonna deal with what I get. If it's not what I wanted, they will go for sale up here, and I'll build my own. Now that I've got such a cool chick, she's got a tig welder and a manrel bender and I'll do some nice clean welds, make my own set!
