You can't predict everything someone else will do.
In hindsight, you normally always see things you could have done differently. If I would have done this...if I could have done that...etc.
But unless your physic, how can you know what evil someone else is up to? Look at this place, do you know how someone is going to react to another post? If you know them well, you can sometimes give a good guesstimate but not always...

There might have been signs after the fact, but do you act on every possibility? Someone might take a comment or 2 on this site as hostile. Do they act on everything that could maybe be a problem in the country?
Well, the quality of research is certainly lacking since they don't know the difference between a B-52 which they claim hit the Empire State Building and a B-25. The B-52 is an 8 engine jet strategic bomber that wasn't even on the design board in 1945 compared to a B-25 which is a WWII era 2 engine piston bomber of about 1/8th the size of a B-52. Brillant analysis by people who haven't a clue what they are talking about.
Mechanics illustrated has put out a whole set of books on this subject using real experts and not people talking outside their field of expertise.
