i was thinking of a silver dollar tact(weld) to a bolt... heads up and tail down...
anyone has anything different?
only have about 1/2 inch clearance from fender to tire.

I have a p pad that I can slap over the hole . I have thought about graffics but I can see that is probibly is not the route you would be going by the picture . You have already done the tank stretch so that means you have already repainted . It would have been easy to bondo or glass in the hole and paint it the same time as the tank . If you have some of the paint left you could cut a plug and paint it and JB weld it in the hole .

I have to agree with Mr. Sinister here. Plugging the hole with something the same paint color would look best. The bike has a clean look so just sticking something in the hole that doesn't keep that look would stick out like a sore thumb.

Do you have any of the material from the fender left over ? You could use it for a plug . Take it to your painter and see if he would do it . You have a very trick looking ride . Keep with the look , you have a winner .

That's a pretty slick idea. I've heard of some folks that find a belt buckle or some other trinker that they like and mount that there.
A giant butt plug would look interesting............

I actually put a whole .50 cal round in the hole. Fits perfect , heres a pic where you can see it, but it looks better than this shows.
