Here they are. Cobra Streetrod Slashdowns. They sound great and are extremely loud! In fact they are a lot louder than I thought they would be. So I was wondering if there are any aftermarket or homemade baffles that I can put in the pipes to quiet them down a bit. Also, what are the baffles that come with the pipes supposed to look like? I looked in there and I didnt see to much that looked like it would make them any quieter.

Pipes look great!! Don't baffle 'em, I thought my Cobra drag pipes where a little loud at first, but quickly got used to them. LOUD IS GOOD... I just take it easy when I'm pulling in and out of the neighborhood.

I was thinking the samething. I installed my new pipes last night, (V&H Cruizers) removed the baffels and fired it up. Louder that I expected also. I like the sound though. I will do like they said earlier and just be very calm leaving or coming into the sub-division.

Ok...Just ignore that first post. After having them on for a week or so and doing a lot of riding this past weekend, these pipes sound badass! I rode my buddy's Aero with the stock pipes and I didnt like it. Now I just need to get the jet-kit put in because im backfiring like a mofo. I saw on a webpage a picture diagram walk-through for installing a jet kit - anyone have the link to it? I cant find it again.
