A few of us rode down to World Golf Village (about 15 miles south of Jacksonville on I95) and saw a lot of great bikes. They have a bike show each year and the proceeds support Buddy Check 12 (a local support/funding group for breast cancer research and prevention). It was NOT a "Harley" show but there was a nice showing of Harley's. It wasn't a Honda show, either, but again, fine showing.

One bike (I think it was a Kaw) was to turn 100,000 miles there. They had it on display and the odometer read 99,999.9 and had started to turn. Yeah, he could have cheated, but why?!?!?

Most were older, restored and either classic or near classic. I saw a copy of the Honda CB360 I bought new in 1974. It's worth a lot more now than when I bought it.

I did take a few (key word "few") pictures and am willing to share them. I haven't processed them yet so I don't know exactly what I have. I'll probably put them on one or the other of my websites and will post a link if anyone is interested.

I bought one just like this brand new in '74 near West Chicago (yeah, in IL, about 40 miles west og the Chicago loop). Sold it in '82 in St Petersburg FL. This could actualy have been mine!!!:laugh4: ! But I doubt it! :thumbsdow
