$1,000 worth of upgrades - suggestions??

I've got about 1k coming to me and I want to upgrade my stock 1987 vt1100c. Here are some of my current thoughts:

pipes
decals for tank etc (but I don't know where to buy them)
chrome (not sure what)
light bar
newer windshield
saddlebags
floorboardsI'd like to get the most for the money - anybody know what sites offer the best prices. I think the pipes are the only thing namebrand that I was thinking (like the vance & hines) - but other items can be generic.

I've used Weston and they don't give ANY customer service. I wouldn't recommend them. Took me at least 5 emails to get an answer from them...... Then they didn't want to help. Must have plenty of business.
