Hole Saw on an Aero

Has anyone tried the Hole Saw mod on an Aero. FYI the Aero has the 2into1 right, so I am not too sure if it will work? Any input before I go ahead with it?

Someone cut his off right where the two pipes go into one but that's the only "mod" I've seen/heard. I believe he may have tried the hole saw mod and didn't like the sound...

If I even started cutting on my pipes, Bones (hubby) would behead me. :laugh4:
