Pulled my car up to the shed, popped the hood and hooked up the jumper cables. She almost turned over a few times, but never quite got there. Finally after 10 minutes of this, I looked at my brother and rolled my eyes.
FORGOT TO PULL THE CHOKE!

I must've revved her over and over for about 5 minutes. Renewed registration on-line this morning. Now just need the lake in front of my shed from the melting snow to dry up.

Smoke, I had the exact same reaction last weekend - I forgot just how nice those big empty pipes sounded.

For those of us in colder climates, WELCOME BACK TO SPRING.

I don't know if it's because I haven't heard it in so long, but the stock pipes actually sounded pretty damn good! :luxhello:

Glad you guy's are getting the bikes back out. I think I would go nuts if I had to put mine away for months at a time. Hope you can get them on the road soon.

I could not do it . The longest I have had to go was a week . We had snow and freezing rain . That was a bad week . Smoke you have not done the holesaw mod yet ?

Just to be on the safe side, I'm gonna do it after I get the bike inspected. Don't want to take the chance on getting it rejected. I keep teasing myself though. I downloaded the sound bytes of the Cobra exhaust off Cobra's site, so I keep playing them. My 4 year old nephew heard it and kept pointing at my computer saying "BIKE!"

I got a set of Burbs . I have yet to install . I got some stuff on order{ like a jet kit and a kn filter soon } and will do it all at once including the Bean box mod . I would have done the holesaw mod if I had not got the pipes . If my Burbs are not legal do to noise I can still do it .
