Stock size of my front is 110/80-19. Metzler only sells a 110/90H19 or a 100/90H19. I'm thinking of getting the 110/90H19. Will this work? Will it screw up my speedometer? Or affect anything else?
I really like the Metz on the back, which is why I'd like to go with one on the front.

The 110/90-19 is what most people are running with the Metzlers. I've got that size on the front and it just fits in the stock fender. I was told the speedo isn't effected that much, but haven't been out to test that yet.
(110/90-19) metzeler 26.79" OD 4.33" wide
(100/90-19) metzeler 26.09" OD 3.94" wide
(110/80-19) stock 25.93" OD 4.33" wide
Either of the Metzelers will work, just depends on the look you are going for. If you are swapping out your rear tire to a Metzeler and thinking about goinng with a 200 series tire, just try and keep the OD's of the tires the same. That will keep your ride angle the same.

So what should I use with the metz M880 200/70/15 rear?

200/70-15 would be aproximately 26.02"
If you wanted to keep you bike level the 100/90-19 would be pretty close. But if you want to give your bike more of a look of a dropped rear stick with the bigger tire up front.
Either would work, just depends on the look you are going with. The difference wouldn't be great enough to really effect the ride in any way. Most that are running the Metzelers say the bike handles a lot better with them.
The 110-90-19 fills the front fender, there isn't a lot of room left in there....so that's another thing to consider if you travel on gravel at all. Tires get soft after riding and may pick up something that won't flow right through. Haven't heard anyone mention that yet though. Something I've been thinking about since I put my front tire on and rolled the bike outside to my gravel driveway.

Thanks, I appreciate the info. I wasnt sure how much taller the Metzler was. Not leaving much room between tire and fender could be a problem, as I live a mile and half down gravel road. On the other hand, I dont want to go with a much skinnier tire either.
When I have time tomorrow, Ill have to look and see how much trouble it may be to raise the fender a bit.
