OK, just got my '97 ACE 1100 on the stand last night, rear fender and wiring harness are out, test paint and new spray gun are in the basement...

For those of us who know you don't need $60 grand and a dysfunctional family on TV to build a cool ride, I'd love to see some up dated pics of the bikes that were gracing the pages of the old forum...haven't decided on fat and low or long and lean for my impending mechanical carnage...

Let 'er rip!

I can't believe Shadow hasn't hit you with a Fuck off newbie yet. But I'm sure he will.

There'll be a lot more pics showing up as more of us get our bikes back together.

Hmmm...since I don't recognize either of you two from the old board...I thnk it was NOK that got me the first time, so you're both a wee bit late, but hey, if you're having fun, carry on...

Real question though: what's the widest tire anyone's stuffed into the back of a '97 1100? And how did you go about reconnecting the shaft drive to a wider wheel?

I was on the old board too. May not have had the post numbers some of them had, but I've been here since it's first days.

Yeah I was feeling a little froggy that day. Figured it would be the only chance I'd get to say that so...

i't s all good Rhino...the new Garage pics help, but I'm still looking for some good ideas for my ride...something more than "point,click, and bolt on"...Nate has a cool ride on CC, and I've seen some others in the past. I'll be patient and check back often.

(and post irrelevant responses to wear off my Noob-ness! :crazy3: )

I break it out everynight around the fire and read the kids bedtime stories on how their dad FUCKED OFF so many noobs. They really like the story about getting Nok on his return trip to the boards.
