I need a stock left hand chrome side cover. Checked ebay and found none. Cheapest new price I have found is $70.

Is that for an ACE?

How much for the manifold you run on your bike? I would like to go single carb.

Sorry, I forgot to say it was for a Spirit. I have another mild custom project going on. I wish I had time to build a few intakes, but I can't seem to find the time to finish my own right now. The intake was pretty easy to build from mandrel bent exhaust tubing. I would be willing to help with info if you wanted to give it a try. I have tons of pics on it and a thread at CU about it. http://www.chopperunderground.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=15313

Let me know if you ever get time to make more. I want to run a single 883 sporty carb.

I have had others ask about it, maybe I could find time and do 5 or 6 at one time. I think the 883 carb would be a real good starting point and should be easy to come by. I have also been looking at the 750 Aero carb, but I don't think alot of them are around yet.

I think you may be on to something there. There's a few people that would like to run a single carb set up. The manifold is always the stumbling block. You could make yourself a small business out of it if you wanted. Small runs. Let me know if you do.

I don't want to get anyones hopes up on the intakes. I already have one small business with four employees to take up all of my time and patience. I am also worried about quality control and fit since they would each be pretty much one offs.

Barthel, thanks for the link I'll check it out.
