yes i know there is no light lighting the plate. i have that on order should be next week some time

Are your tank lights wired into the brake / signal circuit too?

naw, I have a toggle swith for the tank lights, only because they are read. and if I am stopped.. well I can just turn them off....

i luv the lights too but i like the look of not seen til needed.What about running them on the back side of the tank lip?i went to auto zone and they carry the led strips with the adhesive on the back.I put a set inside my fender rails(cast a light onto the rear fender as well as down on the wheel),one down each side of the inside of rad cover,and plan on two down the underside of the tank.I`m hoping they look good.
