Ok. I know it's not a shadow, but I know a lot of you know a shit ton regardless. I've posted this on other forums as well so I figured I'd take a stab here too.

I have a 2006 1800C with a power commander 3, hyper charger and bub jug huggers. There is no direct map for my bike, and I haven't had it dyno tuned, but in the fall when I was riding it all the time it was fine. The map is for a 2005 with HC and hard chrome pipes. The issue I have is that the idle is extremely high. It ranges from 1800-2300 RPM. Occasionally it will cut down to normal but it goes back up.

I have attached the power commander to the PC and made sure it is reading 0 throttle and it's fine. Looking for any advice before taking it to the stealership.

Disconnecting the battery (10 minutes) had no effect. In the end the problem was a coolant issue.

When I changed out the o-ring at the bottom back of the engine (water pump?) and filled the coolant system back up I guess I had a big air bubble in the system. I guess since the coolant wasn't flowing, the sensor always thought it was cold and subsequently always kept it in "warm up mode".

I popped the tank and burped and filled the system and everything is fine sitting at 800-1000 RPM.
