air tubes

i dont remember wtf they attach to and dont see anything they could attach to please help.
im starting to think it doesnt attach to anything beacuse there is no clip and the hose doesnt look wider at the end.....

I believe the air tube attaches to the rear head. Not sure, that's a 92?
