That sucks a big one! I wasn't racing when I was 13, but I was riding a 250cc dirtbike in 1000 acre parks, I'm definitly lucky i never wiped out in the middle of nowhere.

What a sad loss this is, I just hope the enviro/big brother weenies don't latch onto this story and attempt to "do something" about the "dangerous" sport of youth racing.

Definitely a sad story. I can't begin to imagine what it would be like to lose my son. My prayers go out to the family.
