Does anyone have a cross reference or something that will tell me if this honda part number will fit a 2001 Shadow ACE?

The part for the 2001 VT750CD looks like 08R80-MBA-A00.

looks like it only fits the spirit.I think the fork spacing is diffrent and the windsheild mounts to the forks.
