View Full Version : Hole Saw Mod on 750 ACE

I was browsing the mod links here and came across the hole saw mod and would kinda like to do this as a first step towards replacement pipes for my 2001 ACE. But what it looks like to me is that this technique will only work on a exaust system that has a straight cut tail on the end of of it. Therefore I would likely have a problem doing the same with my slant cutoff of the existing pipes.

Anyone come up with a work around for this or an alternative means of beefing up the standard pipes on a 2001 ACE?

There is a wealth of info on that site . Invaluable for me when I was rejetting a carb for the first time . Lots of pictures and a couple of scematics !
