Here is a possible situation. His house/apt/condo was set fire because of either faulty wiring/arson/ or a lit crispy marijuana joint thrown into a trash can. This burnt is house to the ground, destroying his computer, and it melted the side mount to the size of a quarter before it was shipped out. Also, since his computer was destroyed, he cannot get online to answer us. Also, he died along with his entire family because he was having a family reunion and they all went down in the blaze... so he cannot answer at all.

My suggestion would start him over as a newbie, and create a new avatar stating "possible scammer." They have to stay with that for a year.
