Nope and no... One thing i'm not is electronically inclined... It is 100% custom... I'm sure it is not that hard to do... I'm just dumb when it comes to diodes and votls and crap... But other then that it is a matter of mounting them into a triangle shape and hot glue gun it into your cateye.

Good luck. I posted mine a while back and only got an offer of $30.00 and they wanted that to include shipped too. I still have them. Would love to get rid of them cause taking up space.
