:smilies23 F#%*!!!!:veryangry
I just went out into my garage to ride my bike back to work from lunch. When I backed it out, I found that I had a stinkin' flat on the back!
Well, now what!
Do I have to take the ass end of the bike apart to get to the tire? To all you super moders, it is probably no big deal and wonder what I am ranting about. But the most I have ever done to a bike is change the brake resivor cover!
Do I need to take it to the stealer or do places like Les Schwab do bikes?
DAMN IT! This really sucks.
Well I guess It could have happend while I was on the road, there I can count my blessings.
Is there a tube in them, or is it like a car tire?

It would probably be cheaper (labor wise) to remove the wheel yourself. It's pretty self-explanitory.
If you have spoked rims you more than likely have a tube. Are you even sure that there is a hole in the tube, it may be a leaking valve stem. Try re-filling it and put some soapy water on the valve stem and see if it's leaking there before taking it all apart.

Good Idea, it is bad enough to have a flat tire, but if I took it all apart for nothing, oh damn!!
I will try the soap water, thanks.

That's a bummer man. Like you said, at least you weren't riding it at the time.
Look at it this way,
You can work on it OUTSIDE cuz it's nice and WARM!!! :jester: :cheeky:

:sun_smileHAhahahahahha!! yeeeeeaaasssss~:sunny:
Take the wheel assambly off, it will take you longer to jack the bike. Tube is less than $20.00 but the labor to install, well that is a different story.
fegs...

(drums)! (voice over music) ... On this episode of Shadow Chopper.... Will Shadow's bike ride again? Or does the problem with the wheel will leave him stuck on the side of the road?
Sparks will fly as Shadow try to fix the shadow before the looming dateline (weekend of riding)
