hey guys and gals,
I should be getting my intake this week and was wondering if there are any prcautions I should know about before i install it,or what to look for after it is installed.any help would be appreciatted.

Heat all the rubber parts up,and make sure you get a good tight fit on the airbox.
The bottom original bracket that your gonna reuse to attach the tornado with.It's
the one with the rubber gromit in it.
Everyone told me to leave that in.....wwelllll,I pulled it out,and I think it made for alot better fit.Hope this helps alittle.

I agree that taking the rubber grommet out of the bracket makes it more secure. I also used some heavy duty silicon adhesive to secure the rubber boot to the bracket provided by thunder. That thing is on their solid. Before the boot would slip off the bracket.

Before the boot would slip off the bracket.one more thing what size were the needles for the jet that you have on yours.I have seen 2 different sizes some were like 136 138 and the other ones was like 150 something(I don't remember)do you guys think that a bigger needle would work better or do you think the ones you have are better? :undecided
